Tatiana was born on June 23, 1975 in Kherson.  She was coached by Oleg Ostapenko at Dynamo Kherson.  Her training partners were Natalia Kalinina and Elena Abrashitova.  Tatiana now lives in San Francisco, where she recently graduated from law school.
